Ever try reading a book but end up checking Instagram every 3 minutes?
Yeah, me too…
And it's not your fault (well, maybe a little).
Our generation's got the attention span of a goldfish on Red Bull.
And it's not because we're dumb...
It's because we're addicted to those sweet, sweet dopamine hits.
You know what I'm talking about...
That quick scroll through TikTok before bed that turns into a 2-hour rabbit hole of watching people make cloud bread.
That "one episode" of Netflix that becomes a full-season binge.
Just one more game of Fortnite…
Here's the real talk though...
Every time you say "I'll start tomorrow" or "I'll do it later," you're not just procrastinating.
You're choosing instant gratification over your future success.
Think about it...
When was the last time "tomorrow" actually came?
When you said you'd start your business "next week," did you?
Or did you find another season to binge?
Let's be honest for a second...
Is it really because you're "too busy"?
Or is it because you're afraid?
Comfortable?
Addicted to the easy dopamine hits that keep you stuck?
I see it every day - talented people with massive potential, stuck in the dopamine loop:
Wake up
Check phone
Scroll feed
"Just one more video"
Repeat until bed
Meanwhile, their dreams collect dust in the "someday" folder.
Your brain's reward system is playing you like a fiddle.
And until you face this battle with your dopamine head-on, you'll keep being its puppet.
The most successful entrepreneurs I know?
They've mastered this battle.
They've learned to delay gratification.
They've trained their brain to find pleasure in the grind.
They've broken free from the dopamine prison.
Because let's face it - you can't build an empire on 30-second attention spans.
To breaking the cycle,

P.S. Still reading? Congrats - you've already got more focus than 90% of people.
Now let's put that to work making you money.
